Stall Holder Information
Post At the show there will be 2 large marquees (on the lawn) and an outside lawn area that will cater for approx. 100 stalls of crafts, jams, giftware, clothing, wood works, jewellery, coffee, wine, chocolates, show bags and anything of interest to families. This package is an invite to showcase your product in a gorgeous family friendly pop-up market.
This year’s focus is “Memories of America”. Each show we have an average of 5000 people pass through the gates onto the Brookton town oval for this one day event.
The gates open at 9.00am sharp and continue through the day until 5.00pm. Market Stalls may start setting up from 6.00am but prior to 9.00am on Saturday morning. You may also set-up on the Friday 27th.03.2020, please contact Narelle to make prior arrangements (contact details end of page). Please ensure you make your own accommodation arrangements.
* Site in marquee $50.00 includes GTS (3m by 3m)
* Site outside area $40.00 includes GST (3m by 3m)
* Any additional space inside or outside $20.00 per meter
One free entry to the show is included with every site booked. A wrist band will be sent prior to the show.
Stall holders will need to provide tables, chairs, signage, banners, flags and any other display items or materials, if you are booking outside lawn sites, please provide a shade shelter.
If you require power, please advise me when booking your site, this is an extra $20.00.
If you have Public Liability Insurance to cover your stall or organisation please include a copy of your Certificate of Currency with your booking. The committee notes that One Day Cover is available through a variety of insurance brokers. If you have No Public Liability Insurance please indicate on your booking form.
The last date of R.S.V.P and payment is on Monday 29th January 2020 but please try and R.S.V.P. as soon as possible as places are limited.
