2022 Show Volunteer Worker Roster Form
To register as a volunteer please complete the following form below.
While all efforts are made to allocate your preferred duty and time, we cannot guarantee your preference.
If you wish to register for more than one duty or shift please select your preferred time for each duty on each shift.
If selecting for Oval Catering (food tent) or Grande Parade marshalling, ensure you choose from the appropriate below section. Forms are required to be submitted by Saturday 5th March 2022 to allow time for collation.
A finalised copy of the roster will be emailed to each volunteer and placed on the website.
Approximate times required for each area on Saturday 26th March 2022 are as follows
Food Tent (Oval Catering) 6.00am to 9.00pm
Town Hall Catering 6.00am to 12.00pm
Gates 6.00amto 3.00pm
Carpark 8.00am to 4.00pm
Bar 12.00pm to Midnight
