REGISTRATIONS - To register the exhibition of an individual vehcile or a club of vehicles, please
submit the form below. Your assistance in registering prior to show day is very much appreciated and will greatly reduce the stress on our volunteers by allowing them to design the display in advance. The result for you will be a more efficient arrival process on show day.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION
GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The show is intended to encourage the restoration of vintage, veteran and classic motors, whether in a vehicle or stationary. Please provide an information board for your exhibit. All exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the Grand Parade.
Stay overnight in the adjacent caravan park or hotels. For more details www.brookton.wa.gov.au/places-to-stay. Camping for exhibitors - $5/site/night. Camping for non-exhibitors $15/site/night. If camping on the oval you must be packed up by 8am Saturday morning, if you wish to stay longer there is a camping area adjacent to oval. Book your camping site(s) on the registration form
Display vehicles to be 25 years or older.
Exhibitors discounted fee of $10.00 per adult applies (A limit of 1 adult per vehicle)
One adult will be permitted free entry per American Vehicle in appreciation of being the main feature of the show.
Exhibitors will receive entry to the show and promotional show bag. Passengers, support crew and others are required to pay the applicable show entry fee: Adult $15.00, Ages 10-17 $5.00, Ages 9 and under Free,
Exhibitors please use Gate 1 (Main Entry Gate on Bodey Street). Gate open 12pm - 9pm, Friday 25th March and 6am to 9am, Saturday 26th March. Please try to arrive before 9am on the Saturday to reduce the safety concerns with visitors entering the show from this time.
Exhibitors to vacate showgrounds by noon, Sunday 27th March 2022.
The Brookton Old Time Motor Show Committee accepts no responsibility for damage to persons or property.
DRIVERS AND EXHIBITORS SAFETY CONDITIONS
These rules have been formulated to ensure the safety of everyone attending our show. Please join into the spirit of the show and play your part in contributing to a fantastic and memorable motor show for everyone. All references to the show will assume the show period to be from Friday 25 March to Sunday 27 March 2022. By registering your vehicle/machine/engine you agree to abide by the safety conditions listed below:
All drivers must have a valid driver’s licence.
All drivers/exhibitors are expected to comply with any instructions from the Marshalls over the show period.
All vehicles/machines/engines, that are to be driven/operated, must be in safe working condition.
All drivers/operators must be experienced, competent, and familiar with the handling and operating characteristics of the vehicles/machines/engines that they drive/operate over the show period .
Drivers/operators must drive/operate their vehicles/machines with consideration for others, and with extreme care and vigilance and vehicles/machines to be driven at no faster than walking pace.
Exhibitors of stationary engines and engine-driven machines that are being used, must be behind the barriers provided, or behind their own barrier protection.
No passengers are allowed to ride on any moving vehicle except where approved seats are fitted.
There is to be no movement of vehicles/machines APART from;
a) During programmed parades
b) In designated special activities areas controlled by area Marshalls
c) With prior permission from a Marshall.
d) After 4 pm on the Show day.
