To encourage the restoration, preservation and display of vintage vehicles and machines of the past

The committees’ planning is now well underway and you are invited to participate in this
years show, scheduled for Saturday 24th March 2012. (This is the fourth Saturday in
March.) As in past years the committee plans to have a large marquee for
crafts/jams/clothing/giftware and similar stalls and displays of interest to families as well
as independent stalls around the grounds.
Charges for space are as follows:
Commercial site in marquee (ie. For gain of individual/s or company running the stall) (Approx 3m by 3m) $75.00 plus 10% GST = $82.50
Additional space is charged at $25/metre plus GST
Community Organization site in marquee (ie. Fundraising for Brookton community groups with NO money to individuals) (Approx 3m by 3m) $30.00 plus10% GST = $33.00
Additional space charged at $10/metre plus GST
Commercial site outdoors (Approx 3m by 3m) $75.00 plus 10% GST = $82.50
Additional space charged at $10/metre plus GST
One free entry to the show is included in Commercial Site hire. Wrist band will be sent prior to the show.
Stall holders will need to provide tables, signage and any other display materials.
If you wish to hold a food & refreshment stall at the OTMS please contact Head of Catering Judy Sudholz on (08) 9642 6035 or 0407 427 075 or longview.farms@bigpond.com before you fill out an application form.
If power is required a further cost of $11.00 is required ($10.00 plus GST). Please advise when booking your site. Stall holders should provide own long extension cords. All electrical equipment must have a current safety check tag.
If you have Public Liability Insurance to cover your stall or organization please include a copy of your Certificate of Currency. The committee notes that One Day Cover is available through a variety of insurance brokers. If you have no Public Liability Insurance please call Brad or Jane on 0429426002 and 0427426002 for a recommendation.
