Brookton Old Time Motor Show

Congratulations Brookton, you have again hosted another motor show like no other. .
This time we had a full house. I don't think we could of fitted another jerry can on the oval. We had a variety of vehicles from one end of the spectrum to the other including a most spectacular horse and carriage display with parade. 4700 visitors filled Brookton town oval and many stayed with the largest group of campers ever. Motor homes, caravans, tents, utes and cars were all full of people after having a great night of entertaining live music.

The full house included the family interest tents and open stalls. Well over 50 in fact. Craft, honey's, fudges, paintings, girl guides, vehicle additives and many other interests catering for a wide variety of interests.

The children's entertainment was a hit with Scitech running at capacity. The animal nursery had a vast display of interesting animals, the bucking bull, scout climbing wall and bunge trampoline put kids to the test. The bouncy castle also gave the little ones a turn at some fun. All in all we believe all members of the family were catered for and we hope everybody got an affordable and enjoyable family day out.
Well some of the web pages on this site are now idle. The registration pages are off and will open around November 2012. The great photo's on the photo page will be updated soon, so please take time to have a look at that soon. You never know what we might see as Holly has taken the time to get as much of the show as she can all on record. Photo's back to 1978 will still be on the site.
