Brookton Old Time Motor Show

Welcome to another walk down the lane of vintage vehicles and machinery. .
Brookton are again hosting another show on March 27/2010. Muscle cars are the theme and we look forward to seeing Holden Monaro’s and Torana’s , Ford GT’s and Mustangs, Valiant Charges ( HEYCHARGER ) and Pacers. This is not forgetting any tough Mini Coopers that fit the class and the odd Corvette, Camaro and Trans-Am. What a list to start with. I sure look forward to hearing all these tough fours, sixes and big V8’s rumbling around in the Roadwise Grand Parades.

As always we will have a fantastic display of a wide variety of vintage vehicles. These always range from as far back as the turn of the last century and includes all types of vehicles; Cars, trucks, tractors, military, stationary, aircraft, motorbikes, push bikes and even chainsaws.

Not to forget the wide variety of small family interest stalls and displays. Chaff cutting is back along with displays from the local District High School. We look forward to the Brookton Volunteer Fire Brigade doing a mock emergency crashed vehicle rescue. This had people running from all over the oval last time. Children’s entertainment will be a hit with Scitech having 15 interactive science displays for children to have fun with and maybe even learn something. Other entertainment for the children includes the Scout climbing wall and the Bucking Bull. For the younger children we have a bouncy castle. As you can see the committee tries hard to entertain all members of the family.
